Alison Hammond made her return to presenting This Morning on Wednesday after skipping Monday and Tuesday due to illness.
The TV presenter, 46, was co-hosting for the day alongside Rochelle Humes and had an awkward blunder while interviewing actress Charlie Brooks.
The soap star is returning to her role as Janine Butcher on EastEnders next week but Alison appeared to think the ongoing series was itself returning from a break.

During the interview, Alison said: ‘EastEnders, when’s it back? When’s it back Roch? Tell us when it’s back Charlie.’
Correcting the blunder, Rochelle said: ‘Well we can see Janine next week, that’s where we see Janine’s entrance back into the soap. I’m really looking forward to it.

The actress revealed she’ll be central to a big upcoming storyline, too.
She reflected: ‘She’s good at being bad, isn’t she? So let’s say we can expect a little bit more of that. And also exploring who she is underneath that and… I think it’ll be interesting to see how she behaves as a mother.
‘There’s a big fire that happens when I first come back, which I can’t say too much about…’

Charlie – who first appeared on EastEnders in 1999 – said: ‘I am so happy. I’m really happy to be here back at Walford East Station and in the Square.
‘You know, the timing felt right. The character had been away for a significant amount of time.
Style: Charlie completed her look for the outing with a gold necklace
‘Who knows where she’s been or what she’s been up to? So it’s really kind of exciting to get back and explore all of that, you know?’
