Blac Chyna is ‘thrilled’ after news her lawsuit against the Kardashian family will go to trial sooner than planned.
The proceedings will kick off on October 18th, 2021, over five weeks ahead of the original court date of November 29th, 2021, according to Page Six.
Chyna, legal name Angela Renée White, is suing the famous family for defamation and economic interference over the cancellation of her reality show Rob & Chyna with ex Rob Kardashian.

But there is still a chance for the stars to sort things out without the courts. Legal documents show each party is open to mediation prior to the start of the 10-day trial.
A hearing to determine the status of the case after mediation is set for July 26, 2021.
Chyna, 32, scored another legal victory earlier this year while three appellate judges backed up a trial judge’s decision that she had provided ‘substantial’ amounts of evidence supporting her claims, and therefore the case should go to trial.
In legal docs, Miss White claimed manager/matriarch Kris Jenner ‘lied’ when she claimed ‘Chyna beat the s**t out of Rob’s face’ in order to have their E! series cancelled prematurely in retaliation for the couple’s messy breakup.
Late last year the pinup model was granted another request when a judge ordered the production company behind Rob & Chyna share unaired footage shot of the show’s nonexistent second season with the court.

Still, the Kardashians lawyer Marty Singer said that the evidence ‘overwhelming’ supports his clients’ accounts.
‘The evidence in our case overwhelmingly establishes that the claims filed by Blac Chyna are without merit, and we look forward to a jury trial to dispose of these meritless claims,’ Singer told Page Six in February.
Along with Rob and Kris, the suit lists Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner as defendants.
The suit claims ‘Rob Kardashian is an abuser intent on destroying Angela White, the mother of his baby, who left him in 2016.

In addition to the defamation and economic interference suit, Chyna and Rob will be heading to court over illegal revenge porn of he shared of her in July 2017.
That trial is slated for November 2021.
