The 35-year-old has kept fans in the loop as she continues to recover physically and emotionally from the trauma of losing their baby, and yesterday took to her Instagram page to share her frustrations that her bump is still visible.

While she admitted she “loves” being pregnant, she revealed that she will never be pregnant again.

In an emotional post, Chrissy penned: “This is me and my body, just yesterday.

“Even though I’m no longer pregnant, every glance in the mirror reminds me of what could have been. And I have no idea why I still have this bump, honestly.

She continued: “It’s frustrating. But I’m proud of where this entire journey took my body and mind in other ways.

“I love being pregnant, so so much, and I’m sad I never will be again.

“But I am lucky to have two amazing little ones who are transforming into big little people more and more every single day.”

She signed off telling fans she loved them, thanking them for their unconditional support throughout this tough time.

The pair announced their heartbreak in October with four harrowing photos posted to the social media site that told the horrific tale, as the couple cradled their new born in their arms.

The cookbook author had been sharing updates on her health, explaining that she has been on “super serious” bed rest for the weeks building up to the loss.

Unfortunately they couldn’t stop the excessive bleeding that led to her being hospitalised.

Posting a personal essay alongside the pictures where she reflected on the loss of Jack, she and John have since grieved privately, as she took a step back from social media.

However, last month the pair spoke out about their pain in a joint interview with Good Morning America.

John began by saying that he was “grateful” that Chrissy had decided to share their experience so publicly because of the overwhelming support they’ve received since helped open up conversation around pregnancy loss.

“I didn’t know that we could experience this grief and also share it, but when we did, it really meant so much to so many people,” he said.

“And it was such a powerful experience for me to learn that. I’m just grateful that my wife was courageous enough to do it.”

It comes after Chrissy received some backlash from fans for sharing the personal photos online for all to see, which has been liked more than 1.9 million times.

The couple are currently on holiday in St. Barts with their two children, Luna and Miles.
