Luisa Bradshaw-White, 46, who plays EastEnders’ Tina Carter, was seen filling Gray Atkins’ (Toby-Alexander Smith) dishwasher during the soap’s Christmas episode last night, which left an eagle-eyed viewer concerned. Addressing the fan’s worries, Luisa said she did in fact hurt herself during while filming for the scene.
While watching the tense EastEnders episode, a viewer commented: “I have so much fear for Tina right now, not the f*****g knifes.”(sic)
In view her 89,000 Twitter followers, Luisa replied: “I actually put my hand thru them and had to be rushed to A&E whilst the whole crew stood down.”(sic)
The actress followed up her post telling fans there “was a lot of blood”.
The concerned fan replied: “I’m sure tequila sorted it, pain relief x.”
Agreeing, Luisa responded: “Tequila sorts everything.”
Other fans rushed to the actress’ Twitter page to share their thoughts and well wishes.
“B****y gel Luisa, I hope you are ok, shows how committed you are as an actor,”(sic).
A second commented: “I hope you are alright and speedy recovery.”
A third concerned added: “Oh my god are you ok now though?”
