Speaking about getting intimate with a partner, Ferne said: ‘To take your clothes off in front of someone else- whether you have been with them for years, are just seeing each other, or are sleeping with them for the first time and the last time, it can be a really big deal, it’s so exposing.

‘Especially for me, my body has changed so much, I’m now 30, I have had a child, it’s that post-natal as well, and it’s scary trusting someone to see your body.’

Ferne went on to detail how her confidence was at an all-time low following the birth of Sunday, and how she had to relearn to love her post-partum figure.

The former TOWIE star, who has since gone on to launch her own fitness platform Embodyment with Ferne said, ‘Going back to body confidence, it really does develop from being kinder to yourself, for example when I had Sunday, my boobs changed drastically.

‘I breast fed for 6 months, I literally fell out of love with them. I was so negative and I was considering having a boob job. I kept thinking, how am I ever going to be naked in front of anyone else?’

Ferne continued: ‘It wasn’t until a friend said to me “you don’t have to do this for anyone else, you will find someone that will love you and your boobs”.

‘I think it’s learning how to love your body before anyone else can.’

Ferne went on to talk about how orgasms can be ‘stressful’.

Confidence battle: Ferne went on to detail how her confidence was at an all time low following the birth of Sunday, and how she had to relearn to love her post-partum figure

She said: ‘I want to talk about orgasms, something we all strive for, you would be lying to yourself if you said you have never googled “how to have an orgasm” in your life, it’s one of them things, it’s massive isn’t it?

‘Like it’s one thing having an orgasm by yourself, but totally different when it’s with a partner or a new partner, and it can be quite a stressful process’.

Kate replied: ‘The irony of it is, the more stressed we get about it the harder it is to achieve it.

‘We talk about orgasms being a peak experience, for our body and our brain. But in women, clitoral stimulation is the main way women achieve orgasms, but it’s really working out how will this work for you, and you need to let go and be in the moment.’

The First Time Mum star recently took to Instagram to upload unseen clips of Jack as she praised her ‘understanding, kind and supportive’ model beau in a Valentine’s Day tribute.

Marketing manager Jack also toasted to ‘the start of a new life’ with his partner as he posted snaps from their recent South African getaway on his platform, before they transformed her studio into a home cinema for a candle-lit movie night at home.

Ferne went on to reach out to singletons who may be feeling ‘lonely’ during Valentine’s Day as she admitted she would avoid social media on February 14 when she didn’t have a boyfriend.

She said: ‘I never enjoyed Valentine’s Day. In fact, I would avoid Instagram all day as it actually made me sick of all the couples who are all in love… I know I’m in the category now, but allow me as I’m just celebrating the fact that I’ve got a boyfriend!

‘I know that these days can be really tough when you’re single, especially in lockdown when you’re feeling lonely, but hold faith.

‘Good times are coming your way. You can just imagine that every other singleton is going to be so excited to get out there again and just flirt, date, so yeah! I’m actually pretty jealous of you.’
