James 'Arg' Argent has been seen showcasing his recent seven stone weight loss while enjoying a grand holiday in Marbella, Spain.
The 33 year old, who recently gushed over Lydia Bright's younger sister Romana on her 18th birthday, was spotted on pal Elliott Wright's Instagram stories as he appeared in nothing but his tiny bright red pants while on a boat trip.
The TOWIE star looked confident as he walked around the deck and stepped on the side of the boat while holding onto a railing.
Reality star Arg laughed and giggled as Elliott, 41, filmed him, egging him on to get in the water as he said: "Go on then!"
He then wrote over the snap: "Who goes on a boat trip and forgets trunks? @Real_Arg that's who lol."
Arg then bent his knees before letting go of the railing and jumping into the water. Floating, he looked up at Elliott and appeared to be totally at ease.
TV personality Arg underwent a gastric sleeve operation earlier in April this year after revealing he had climbed up to 27 stone and was told by doctors to "lose weight or die".
In June, he finally went back onto eating solid foods and revealed he had lost 5 1/2 stone following his surgery.
His pal Mark Wright, who recently enjoyed a private jet trip to Ibiza from Majorca with his wife Michelle Keegan, has been helping him keep on top of the diet and motivating him to stick to his new lifestyle.
Speaking to the Mail Online earlier, 34 year old Mark said of his bestie: "Arg is doing very well, exceptionally well, I'm so, so proud of him."

Mark added: "With Arg it's all about motivation, just keeping him motivated, just giving him compliments and telling him that he can do it.
"We've trained together a couple of times and just changing his lifestyle really. Making sure he gets up and getting the workout done first thing because otherwise he won't.
"Just going through the motions and helping him live how I live. Dieting and eating the right foods and letting him know that he doesn't have to eat the bad foods that sometimes he chooses.
"He's doing really, really well and I think within a few months we're going to see a really huge change in him. He's going to look the best he's ever looked.
"He's doing very well, exceptionally well, I'm so, so proud of him."
