Jennifer Aniston is ‘open’ to love after public split from Justin Theroux
Jennifer Aniston is ‘open’ to finding love once again, following her split from Justin Theroux.
The Friends actress ended her marriage to the Parks and Recreation star last year, two years after tying the knot.
But their doomed romance – and her relationship with Brad Pitt beforehand – aren’t enough to put her off dating for good.
Speaking about falling in love once again, the 50-year-old said: ‘Because it’s fantastic. It’s absolutely a beautiful thing.
‘I mean I also think it’s the way we really get to know ourselves by being vulnerable enough to let love in.’
The Morning Show favourite explained that despite ‘loving many people’, it’s always ‘worth it’.
‘Even when it’s scary, even when it hurts. It’s always going to be worth it,’ she added to People.
‘I also feel for people that have really calloused up around it and just won’t let it in anymore. What missed opportunities.
‘I’ve loved many people. And I love that even the cracks in those loves are still beautiful. I wouldn’t be here today if it wasn’t for each and every one of them.
‘My friendships keep me true and they keep me real… And vice versa. It’s a beautiful exchange.’
Jennifer also took a second to discuss whether a Friends reunion is on the cards, 15 years after the sitcom ended.
Fans have been calling out for a reboot ever since the credits rolled on the final episode, and haven’t let up in their desire to see more of the gang on screen.
Refusing to be drawn on the whole thing, the Rachel Green actress added she knows ‘nothing’ about plans to head back to Central Perk.
‘And I will just continue with… we’re trying,’ she told the publication. ‘It’s a never-ending question, isn’t it? What else could make a group of six actors feel more proud.
‘It’s bringing people joy on a daily basis.’
Well, you could just give us… more joy?
