How tall is Yellowstone actress Jennifer Landon?

Malibu-born Landon, who has also starred in The Young and the Restless, is believed to be 5ft 7inches tall, or 1.7 metres.

She is shorter than a lot of her Yellowstone co-stars, including Rip Wheeler actor Cole Hauser (6.5ft) and John Dutton actor Kevin Costner (6ft 1inch).

Landon stepped into the spotlight following an incredible performance in season three of Yellowstone, which saw her character left on death’s door.

She was trampled on by a stampede of horses and fans were left wondering whether she had survived the incident.

Speaking about her character in Yellowstone, she said: “I think I am Teeter, deep down. I think I’m a feral, s*** kicking, little weirdo.

“They called me in and I was super nervous, I didn’t think I was going to get it at all and I thought I tanked the audition.

“I was so mad that I had messed it up, that I sort of checked out of my body, and on the way out I was somehow back home with my family and I said ‘Goodbye, I love you too’.

“I called my manager and I was like ‘I’m quitting, I told the casting associate I loved her.”

Despite the rough audition, she was seen by the rest of the cast and crew as a brilliant actor and quickly became a fan-favourite.

She has acting in her blood, being the daughter of the late Michael Landon, and fans were quick to notice their connection.

One fan said on YouTube: “Jen Landon is Little Joe Cartwright (Michael Landon’s) daughter… Glad she is here.”

Another fan said: “Love all the characters on Yellowstone! But I love Teeter! She’s exactly what the bunkhouse needed! Love the grit and foul language at exactly the right time! I wish there was a Yellowstone Channel! All Yellowstone, all the time!”

She continued to impress the cast of Yellowstone with her uncanny English accent, and they called her “amazing”.

Landon explained how her character Teeter’s deep-Texan accent was even harder to get right, and some of her lines had to be written phonetically.

Fans are hoping she is nominated for another Emmy Award for her Yellowstone role, to go with the three consecutive Emmys she won for her role in As the World Turns.

The star is on Instagram and she thanked Yellowstone’s script supervisors for their hard work on the series.

She said: “How they do their job without 4 extra sets of arms and eyes and 5 more hours in a day still baffles me.

“From an actors’ perspective, the good ones know how to catch anything that might pull the audience out of a moment or do a disservice to the writer, the great ones know how to do that while also allowing the actors and director to have enough freedom to bring the scenes to life. [sic]”

The kind-hearted actress continued to praise the make-up artists and her stunt double.

Fans commented with some positive messages about the actress, with one saying: “Jen, you resemble your dad so much! He was one of my favourites growing up in the 70s & 80s can’t wait for S4 of Yellowstone.”
