DON'T DISS DUNCAN
My pal Duncan James has been cruelly trolled over his recent appearance on Celebrity MasterChef. People just need to leave him alone! They’re comparing him to what he looked like in Blue – that was years ago! We all change over time. I watched him on the show and thought he was bloody great. Don’t listen to them, Dunc!
RECHARGING MY BATTERIES
I’ve been feeling a bit rubbish recently, so I’ve been doing some yoga in the morning to try and get myself back into shape. Routine, consistency and a good mindset is key. I also had a well-needed stay at a hotel, The Tytherington Club, in Cheshire, with Ryan.
It was so nice to spend some quality time together. We’re business partners and parents, so it’s so important to be able to separate that out and have some couple time as well.
DON'T WEE IN THE SEA!
I was on Good Morning Britain last week debating the topic of peeing in the sea! My argument is I wouldn’t want DJ playing in the sea while someone was p***ing next to her.
It’s disgusting! It seems that every time I do that show, I end up trending on Twitter and it goes viral! I’ve got to laugh – it's so funny.
It’s been revealed that Prince Andrew is being sued by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, an alleged victim of Jeffrey Epstein. Just because you’re a royal, it doesn’t mean you’re above the law. I feel so sorry for the Queen, though. She’s been through a tough time. I’d love to go round to hers and have a cucumber sandwich with her and try and take her mind off all this crap.
She’s lost her husband, she’s had all the drama with Prince Harry and Meghan, and now this. Poor woman!
Our house is really coming together, but we’re still unpacking and sorting stuff out. There is still so much to do. We’ve got a new pool table and I’ve got lots of new artwork I’ve put up, so it’s starting to feel more homely. I’ve got a good eye for art.
I could go to an art gallery and stay there for hours! I love this house, but I’m glad we rented it first before buying. It was a big change moving back up north. We weren’t sure whether we were going to like it, or if we were going to settle here. But it’s safe now to say that we did the right thing.
