Kirstie Alley wanted to marry John Travolta, have an affair with Patrick Swayze

Kirstie Alley wanted art to imitate life with “Look Who’s Talking” co-star John Travolta — and she also wishes she’d hooked up with “North and South” miniseries co-star Patrick Swayze.

“[I never had] a consummated affair, but I did kiss two people,” Alley, 67, said on “Celebrity Big Brother UK” on Thursday.

“Patrick Swayze [was one of them]. I would have loved to have had an affair with Patrick Swayze, but we were both married so I wouldn’t have gone off and had … I kissed him and I’d wished we’d had an affair,” she revealed. “But I’m a big believer in fidelity, and he [was] married. When you get on the road and you’re doing a movie, it’s very easy to fall in love with your leading man. Very, very easy. Think about it, for months — we shot ‘North and South’ for a year. You’re around this person for a year. It’s hard!”

Alley and Swayze worked together on “North and South” in 1985.

“[The other was] John Travolta,” Alley said of her fellow Scientologist, with whom she first worked with on “Look Who’s Talking” in 1989 (and then on the film’s sequels in 1990 and 1993).

“I almost ran off and married John. I did love him, I still love him,” she said. “If I hadn’t been married, I would have gone and married him. And I would have been in an airplane, because he has his own! Let me tell you, girls. It doesn’t seem like it’s important if someone has a private jet, but it is. As you get older, you’re not going to want to hang out in airports.”

Alley previously gushed about her love for Travolta, 64, on “The Howard Stern Show” in 2013.

“It took me years to not look at John as a romantic interest,” she told the King of All Media, adding that she had to resist the urge to “run off and marry” him and called him “the greatest love of [her] life.”

Though she and Travolta are just platonic pals now, she admitted that Travolta’s wife, Kelly Preston, called her out on flirting with the “Saturday Night Fever” star.

“In the beginning, she would bust me,” Alley confessed. “She would be, like, ‘Are you flirting with my husband?’ And the answer was ‘Yes.’ “
