Liev Schreiber Accused of Harassing Photographer

The ‘Ray Donovan’ actor seeks to get the charge dismissed after a photographer claims Liev pushed the snapper’s camera away.

Liev Schreiber has been ordered to attend court in Rockland County, New York on Tuesday, August 14, to face a photographer he reportedly harassed.

The “Ray Donovan” star, 50, is planning to plead not guilty to second degree harrassment for allegedly pushing a snapper’s camera away after a flash went off in his face if a judge refuses to dismiss the charge, according to Liev’s lawyer Jonathan Ripps.

The legal representative tells the Journal News Schreiber didn’t make physical contact with the photographer during the alleged altercation in June.

“The allegation does not rise to the level of any law being broken,” said Ripps, adding he’ll seek to get the charge dismissed.
