Lucy joined ITV in 2010 and has fronted their national weather forecasts since 2012.

She’s also part of the ITV racing team as a weather expert and is a regular on Good Morning Britain.

Lucy landed a new role as Phillip Schofield’s co-star for the new show How to Spend it Well on Holiday which aired earlier this year.

Back in October, the weather presenter also teamed up with co-stars Alex Beresford and Laura Tobin for a programme on climate change.

The new digital series, Climate Crisis: Our Changing World, prioritises the conversation around climate change which invites people to join in being a part of the solution.

Lucy said of the new show: “Climate change is in free fall – records are breaking so frequently and extremes are being exceeded so often we can barely keep up.

“The planet is changing at a head-spinning pace we’ve never known – it’s been a 2020 meltdown in every sense.

“Often drowned out by other headlines – more so this year than ever before – this series aims to prioritise the climate change conversation – and we hope you can join us.”
