The pair had dated for seven years before their marriage, but they divorced in 2013, citing "irreconcilable differences".

Trevor announced he was engaged to nutritionist and heiress, Tracey just two weeks after Meghan and Prince Harry married in May 2018.

It comes after Meghan hosted a candid interview with legendary US activist Gloria Steinem, 86, about the importance of women's rights.

The interview, which looked as if it took place in a back garden, started with Gloria telling Meghan: "Welcome home. I'm so glad that you're home."

The Duchess of Sussex, who was dressed in an all-white ensemble, took a deep breath in as she replied: "Thank you. Me too, for so many reasons."

The pair then happily chatted away about the need for young people to vote before being interrupted by the appearance of her two dogs, Guy and Pula, for a cuddle.

Meghan and her 35 year old husband's Beagle, Guy, started making his way over.

"Hi buddy, come here," Meghan, who has reportedly picked up a British accent from her time living in the UK, said as she leaned down to pet her little pooch.

Another scene showed her other dog, a black Labrador retriever called Pula, together with Guy lying down on the grass in front of them.

As Pula and Guy panted in the background, Gloria, who donned a black outfit, told the cameraman: "[The dogs] want to be on camera."

The adorable scene left fans in a frenzy as they flocked to Twitter to talk about the pair's appearance in their mum's interview with Gloria.

Meghan and husband Harry have recently bought a new home in LA where they will raise their son Archie.
