Our Yorkshire Farm’s Amanda Owen doubles earnings amid shock Clive split

Our Yorkshire Farm star Amanda Owen has seen her income skyrocket amid her shocking split from her husband Clive Owen – with her net worth now double what it was previously.

Documents filed by the Yorkshire Shepherdess on December 31 reveal that in the 2021 year, the star’s business was worth £343,924 – an increase of ££177,995 from the year before, according to MailOnline.

Amanda’s company, registered under the name Yorkshire Shepherdess LTD, is now worth £423,639 in assets, according to the latest company accounts shared online on Companies House.

This means the 48 year old reality star, has seen a huge boom in her income since starring on the show, with the company’s previous value standing at just £39,000 when the second season of the show aired in 2019.

Amanda and former husband Clive first rose to fame on the ITV series The Dales, which aired from 2011 to 2013, as they gave fans at home a glimpse into the day to day life in the picturesque Yorkshire Countryside.

Proving to be a hit with fans, the couple and their children would later be given a show of their own on Channel 5, Our Yorkshire Farm in 2018.

Alongside their nine children, the programme showed the inner workings of an active farm, with everything from battling storms through to navigating the emotional rollercoaster of lambing season unfolding on screen.

In June 2022, the couple released a statement informing fans of their decision to part ways, with both Amanda and Clive both agreeing it had been a “difficult decision.”

Sharing the news of the breakup, Amanda wrote: "Clive and I have are sad to confirm that we have made the difficult decision to separate."

"This hasn't been easy, but we both believe it's the right choice for the future of our family.”

The statement continued: "Although we are no longer a couple, we continue to work on the farm and co-parent together with our number one priority the happiness and well-being of our children.”

Amanda and Clive first met in 1995 after she began working as a 21-year-old trainee shepherdess on his farm.

Clive was divorced with two children at the time and sparks soon flew between the pair, with the loved up couple soon tying the knot shortly after dating.

During the course of their relationship they went on to have nine children together – Annas, Violet, Edith, Raven, Clemmy, Nancy, Reuben, Miles, and Sidney.

AFter announcing the news of their split, the show was sadly cancelled, but fans of the show were able to catch up with Clive and eldest son Reuben's farming journey in Beyond The Yorkshire Farm: Reuben & Clive, which aired in December.

The network also teased that it isn't the last we've seen of Amanda either, as Channel 5 bosses hinted at a number of "future Owen Family projects".
