Pink has put her stunning Malibu beach house on the market for an eye-watering $14.7 million, just months after purchasing the property for $13.7 million. 

The Just Give Me a Reason singer, 42, who has been married to Carey Hart since 2006, listed the home for $14.995 million, which is nearly $1.3 million more than what she bought it for back in June, according to Dirt.com.

Earlier this year Pink won a bidding war over the four-bedroom oceanfront villa, that was once owned by Barry Manilow, after she reportedly paid $200,000 over the seller’s asking price.

Manilow originally sold the home in 2012 for $5.5 million and it has since had two different owners and undergone multiple renovations. 

The main residence is located behind a security gate and also has a two-car garage with guest accommodations situated above, which can be accessed via staircases that lead down from the gate and the garage and sits overlooking the ocean.

The house also boasts four bedrooms and stunning views along the Malibu coastline, taking pride of place on the Californian beach.

The villa’s tiled courtyard provides a place to relax with outdoor dining and living areas, and outdoor space also boasts a small jacuzzi tub and shade awnings.

The living room opens onto the courtyard through glass sliders and also has an illuminated ceiling and wooden for an open, airy feel. 

The villa also features a formal dining room which continues with the theme of wooden floors, along with a gold-and-crystal chandelier.
