Sam Thompson has turned to Celebs Go Dating for a third time following his split from Zara McDermott, MailOnline can reveal.
The Made In Chelsea star, 28, who already failed to find love on the E4 show in 2018 and 2019, is set to return again after being left brokenhearted when ex-girlfriend Zara, 23, admitted to cheating on him.
A TV source told MailOnline that Sam has benefitted from the professional advice given by agents Anna Williamson and Paul Carrick Brunson in the past, and he needs their guidance more than ever after his recent breakup.

An insider continued: ‘Sam’s had a tough time recently after separating from Zara.
‘He’s been in two minds about getting back with her and has really needed professional advice in how to stay strong and understand his worth.
‘Things have also felt complicated for Sam as he’s wanted to be there for Zara as she’s also been so upset after losing him.
‘Thankfully, due to his history with the agency, he’s been able to be himself and the agents are equally able to give the advice he needs to hear.’

Sam first appeared on Celebs Go Dating in 2018, alongside Gemma Collins, and again a year later with close pal Pete Wicks.
MailOnline revealed that Sam and Zara had split in September after 16 months together.
Zara confessed to cheating on Sam at the beginning of their romance while she appeared on TV show X Factor: Celebrity last year.
Since their breakup, which was filmed for Made In Chelsea, Zara has done all she can to win back Sam’s affections, including posting a video of their memories together, and sharing sentimental quotes and loved-up photos of when they were in a relationship.
MailOnline contacted Celebs Go Dating for comment.

But Sam has not given into temptation and the pair remain separated, with him last sharing a video that mocked Zara for all the tears she wept during filming of the E4 series.
In a now-deleted post, Sam used a clip of Zara crying and begging for his forgiveness to show his difficulty in finishing a large Nando’s order.
In the weeks after their split, Sam went away with Pete as they filmed reality show The Circle together, which involved them having no contact with the outside world.
Pete told MailOnline that Sam’s dating history is even worse than his own and his problem is he ‘overthinks everything’ in a relationship.

He warned him against getting back with Zara, while his Made In Chelsea co-star Liv Bentley also predicted their romance was over for good.

Filming for Celebs Go Dating started last week amid reports Gary Lineker’s brother Wayne has also signed up to appear.
According to a source speaking to The Sun, Wayne has already caused ‘a lot of laughs’ during shooting.
