Strictly star Ore Oduba and wife Portia welcome baby girl as they announce sweet name

Strictly Come Dancing star and presenter Ore Oduba has welcomed his second child with wife Portia Oduba.

The couple, who have been together for nearly 10 years, named their adorable baby girl Genie.

They announced the wonderful news on Instagram with a beautiful selection of snaps of their little one.

The tot already had a full head of brunette hair and was wearing a cute cream babygrow covered in little bears.

Ore's hand held his daughter tenderly in the picture.

Ore captioned the first post with the news and said he'd been "dreaming" about meeting his little girl.

"Been dreaming about you… Welcome, Genie our perfect little girl @portiajett (15/10/21)," he gushed.

Portia then followed suit with a similar picture of her gorgeous baby, this time in black and white.

"Our baby girl… You’ve completed us Genie Oduba.." the star said.

The couple’s famous friends came out in their droves to congratulate them on their bundle of joy.

This Morning presenter Ruth Langsford exclaimed: “Congratulations! And welcome to the world Genie.”

While It Takes Two presenter wrote: “congratulations darlings xxxxx.”

Former Strictly dancer Joanne Clifton shared her happiness with a string of heart emojis, as she declared: “Can’t deal!!!! Congratulations all of you Odubas.”

“Beautiful congratulations to you all xx,” actress Gemma Atkinson shared.

And Ore's fellow SAS: Who Dares Wins recruit Kerry Katona added: "Congratulations to you all."

Ore, 35, and 31 year old TV researcher Portia also share three year old son Roman, born in 2018.

The couple tied the knot in 2015 after four years together, and announced the happy news they were expecting their second child on their anniversary in May this year.

Ore opened up on feeling emotional at the time and said he counted his blessings for his family and happiness, adding this was the life he'd "always dreamt of".
