Summer Monteys-Fullam has revealed she wants her next relationship to be with a man in his thirties or younger following her split from Paul Hollywood, 54.

The former barmaid, 25, had a tumultuous romance with The Great British Bake Off star and has been single since they split up in August 2019.

Speaking to The Sun, Summer took a swipe at her ex as she said she hopes her next boyfriend won’t be ‘self-obsessed’ or ‘eat Rice Krispies for dinner’.

She said: ‘Loyalty is a huge, key factor for me. I want someone nice. I don’t have a type, as such — it’s how I get on with that person.

‘Age isn’t really a problem but this time I would definitely put a cap on it — so thirties or younger — and I would definitely be open to dating someone not in the public eye.

‘What I’m not looking for in a man this time around is someone who’s self-obsessed or eats Rice Krispies for dinner.’

Late last year, Summer claimed she didn’t reap the rewards of Paul’s baking ability as he liked ‘cheap sliced bread’ while at home.

One fan asked her: ‘Could you bake before you met Mr Bake Off himself?’

While Summer quipped: ‘He didn’t bake – he liked his cheap sliced bread!’

Another person who was also curious about Paul, quizzed: ‘Did you ever get nervous cooking for Paul as he’s a chef.’

But Summer insisted: ‘Lol. Firstly, he isn’t a chef. And secondly no not really, he’d just eat Rice Krispies most evenings so I’d cook for myself.

The model cheekily added that Paul would only be tucking into his Rice Krispies during evenings he ‘wasn’t in the pub’.

During her interview, Summer also told how she was eager to start dating again following her breakup but Covid put a stop to her dating life.

The stunning redhead then hoped 2021 would be her year to find love but has now found herself back in lockdown again.

Summer insisted she has never been on any dating apps, describing herself as an ‘old-fashioned chick’.

Paul has since moved on from their relationship and is now dating pub landlady Melissa Spalding, 38.

She said: ‘Age isn’t really a problem but this time I would definitely put a cap on it — so thirties or younger — and I would definitely be open to dating someone not in the public eye’

Summer, who declined to comment on Paul’s current romance, said she doesn’t want to known as his ex, saying she wants to ‘move on’ from their split.

While she would like to find love, the beauty is happy to be single for the time being and hinted she has lots of exciting career opportunities coming up.

Summer and Paul first met when she was tasked with organising an event for his former wife Alex.

They struck up a romance after his marriage ended and dated for two years before their split, which quickly turned sour.

Things came crashing down when Paul asked Summer to sign a non-disclosure agreement drafted up by his lawyers, which she refused to do.

Paul accused Summer of ‘playing games’ while she later claimed she’d been left with ‘no alternative’ but to take legal action against the Bake Off judge four months after they ended their relationship. She later dropped the proceedings.

Speaking about her media career, Summer said she has had quite a few TV offers but many of them were put on the back burner due to Covid and added that she would be interested in TV presenting.

No stranger to a scantily clad snap on social media, Summer has been working out five days a week during lockdown, saying there is ‘nothing else to do’ for the time being.
