Blonde Hollywood pinup Suzanne Somers has put her palatial and exotic Palm Spring, California mansion on the market.

The screen sensation, who is best known for playing Chrissy Snow on the 1970s sitcom Three’s Company, is asking an eye-watering $8.5M for the home.

The 74-year-old author snapped up the home in 1993 for just $190,000. Somers has been trying to unload the estate for nearly four years and first listed the palace for $14.5million in 2017.

The look of the mega spread is eclectic with different textures such as rock and stucco that makes it stand out among the modern homes in the Palm Springs area.

It also offers a stunning view of the valley below where many of the four-star mega resorts and golf courses are situated.

Palm Springs is best known as the stomping grounds of Rat pack members Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin.

And there is plenty of land all around the homes. The property sits on 28 acres and is at the base of Mt. San Jacinto. 

There is one main home that is the biggest of all with 7,279 square feet and seven bedrooms with 10 bathrooms.

There is an open living room that has high ceilings, large windows that look out at the desert landscape, and a chandelier.

The kitchen is large and ideal for a chef with long counters and a generous island in the middle.

It is where Suzanne – who competed on the 20th season of Dancing With the Stars in 2015 – has hosted many of her cooking shows for her popular podcast along with members of her family as well as 84-year-old husband Alan Hamel.

There is a nice way to go up and down the mountain: There is a two seated lift that takes off from the home

A nice ride along the rocks: And there is a rail that heads straight down the hill

The dining room is spacious and looks as if it could hold a 10-person table easily.

To the side is a fireplace and in another section, a mini bar perfect to keep those cocktails flowing during a late night dinner with pals. 

According to page New York Post, there is a ‘secret 2,000-bottle wine cellar.’

The master bedroom is built for a queen with enough room for a king sized bed and a mini living room.

Also on the sprawling property is two room home which is called The Rock House.

It was designed by architect Albert Frey and has two rooms; also on site is a serene ‘meditation garden.’

So much space for a party: The dining room can fit a large table and also has a wide fireplace for the chilly nights

A good place for a nice red or white: And hidden away is a wine cellar that fits a table for six people

Suzanne and Alan have recently moves to a smaller home in the Palm Springs area.

In 2019 they bought a 4,800-square-foot home for $2.35million.

The year 2020 was not easy for Suzanne. She hurt her neck and was seen with a  medical neck brace that went from her chest to her chin. It was only 10 days ago that she revealed she had fallen down a flight of stairs forcing her to have surgery on her neck.

The workout guru had a terrible fall down a flight of stairs in early October.

A week later she said she was ‘on the mend.’ The blonde Seventies bombshell looked radiant in an off-the-shoulder dress as she posed with her 84-year-old husband Alan.

Suzanne let fans know she had hurt her neck requiring surgery. The blonde beauty took a fall down a flight of stairs with her Hamel and Suzanne felt the pain the most, she shared with an Instagram post.

After seeing a doctor the pinup realized she had two vertebrae out of place and went in for an operation. 

Suzanne and Alan have been married since 1977. 

Somers is already recovering from a fractured hip from last year. The TV star began: ‘Thank you so much for all of your concern while Alan and I took a break from our normal schedule.’

She added: ‘As most of you know, I have been struggling for the better part of the year with a fractured hip, and then Alan and I took an unfortunate fall while coming down the stairs at our home. 

‘I had an intense amount of pain after the fall that was not resolving – even after having tequila!’

After several scans, ‘it was determined I had 2 vertebrae out of place which was causing pressure on nerves and creating that tremendous pain.’

Ouch:  Somers posted an alarming photo to Instagram in 2020; she was seen in a medical neck brace that went from her chest to her chin. It was only 10 days ago that she revealed she had fallen down a flight of stairs forcing her to have surgery

She said the good news was that she had neck surgery to correct the issues.
