Victoria publicly marks wedding anniversary – but there’s nothing from David
It’s the age old problem football widows are facing across the country right now.
With England looking like they could actually do something in the World Cup after last night’s win against Columbia – that and Love Island are all anyone can talk about.
So while Victoria Beckham marked her and David’s 19th wedding anniverary in sweet style on Wednesday, her husband just Instagrammed about the footie, sharing videos of him watching the game with his boys in a home theatre.
He even posted a strange video of Friends monkey Marcell putting on a CD, and the cast appearing to dance to The Lightening Seed’s Three Lions (Football’s Coming Home).
While over on VB’s page, she uploaded shots of balloons, flowers and gifts from their four children, as well as bunch of white roses from David’s mum Sandra and sister Joanne.
"Lucky Mummy and Daddy," she captioned one snap, adding, "Kisses" on another.
But despite David’s footie faux pas, the pair spent their big day in the sweetest possible way – at daughter Harper’s sports day.
A video posted by Posh showed David getting amongst it in the bean bag race, with the former England captain lagging suspiciously behind the other dads as the women cheered on.
Nevertheless, Victoria was chuffed with his effort, captioning the video "nice!".
It’s hard to believe it’s been almost two decades since two became one in one of the most iconic weddings of the nineties.
From the thrones to to David’s white suit and Victoria’s actual crown, the 1999 nuptials at Ireland’s Luttrellstown Castle gave the world scenes it will never forget.
