Inside Stacey Solomon’s Christmas fireplace at £1.2m home with Mrs Hinch’s décor
Stacey Solomon has given a glimpse inside her cosy Christmas fireplace at her £1.2million home with decorations by friend Mrs Hinch.
The 32 year old, who recently shared an adorable video of her two year old son Rex speaking in an Essex accent just like her and fiancé Joe Swash, 39, posted her festive transformation of the traditional fireplace at her Essex home to her 4.9million Instagram followers.
Stacey, who shares two month old Rose and Rex with Joe and is mum to Zachary, 13, and Leighton, nine, from previous relationships, started by creating a garland from faux foliage on her mantlepiece at Pickle Cottage.
We can see that Stacey opted for pine, eucalyptus and frosted white berries to add a touch of nature to the stunning Christmas display.
Stacey added three gorgeous light-up stars to the centre of her fireplace before placing two Mrs Hinch X Tesco £5 candle holders with faux candles flickering to create a cosy, warm glow.
Finishing off her display, the mum-of-four added silver gnomes and two large, grey gonks by the side of her roaring log burner fire.
The red-headed beauty completed the decorations with three mini white stars which perfectly complemented the gorgeous tiling.
She penned: "We don't have any furniture yet but I've [been] dreaming of sitting by the log fire since we started working on Pickle Cottage so this made me so excited."
Panning away from the fireplace, Stacey revealed how the decorations had 'made her day' as she put her feet up in front of the fire.
Stacey revealed how her miniature Dachshund Peanut had returned to his favourite spot in front of the fire while Rose looked very relaxed as she sat in her pink baby chair.
Meanwhile Stacey asked her followers if they would have a rug in front of the fireplace as she was undecided over whether to cover the gorgeous herringbone flooring.
The doting mum revealed that she borrowed a cream rug from her daughter's room before sharing a snap with Rose and Rex cuddling in front of the fireplace, captioned: "Just Because. They make my heart happy."
