Meet the 23-year-old who has vowed he'll never stop his plastic surgery obsession, despite spending £56,000 already.
Tyler Dyvig had his first round of Botox at 15, after hearing about the benefits of starting the procedures at a young age.
Now the influencer, from North Carolina, US, has had a pectoral augmentation, bicep implants, a hair transplant and even fillers.
So far he has spent an eye-watering $75,000 (around £56,000) on procedures and he has no plans of stopping.
The plastic surgery fan has amassed a huge following of 37,800 on his Instagram where she shows off his cosmetic surgery journey.
Tyler even prioritises his procedures over buying lavish items.
He said: "When I had my first procedure, I found a doctor who was having a sale, so I made an appointment and lied about my age.
"An older friend of mine took me to my appointment and I had 20 units of Botulin put into my forehead.
"I remember the high I had when I left the doctor's office. It was such a good feeling that I wanted to do more.
"The following month I turned 16 and had my lips done.
"I think it was always one of my biggest insecurities because, as a kid, I bumped my lip and scar tissue grew to make my lips uneven."

For Tyler's 16th birthday, his parents paid for his lip injections, but now he's responsible for the finances of the other surgeries.
He added: "I have very little overhead and I can save and invest. I do not believe in going into debt for elective surgery.
"I work extremely hard and instead of buying a new car or expensive designer items I live below my means and I save.
"Several of my clients are plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills, so I get many treatments gifted and discounted to me."
Describing his appearance as classy, Tyler's goal is to look the best he can while maintaining a natural image.
He explained: "You look in the media and you see so many people who have had so much surgery that they almost look alien-like.
"Every time I go into surgery, I tell my surgeon 'if the implant looks too big for my frame, then take it out and put in the smaller one'.
"My best friend Justin Jedlica who is known as 'The Human Doll' designs the implants and goes into the surgical room with me."
And if you think Tyler is almost finished, that's where you're wrong.
The influencer has already intricately planned the next few procedures.
Tyler concluded: "Currently, I am working on a full jaw/chin custom implant as well as three-piece custom shoulder implants.
"With the shoulder implants, I need to be careful with the sizes because if I go too big, then I have a high chance for a complication."
Fortunately for Tyler, his family and friends support him during his journey.
He revealed: "At the end of the day, they just want me to be safe.
"Anything or anyone negative, I always try to cut them out of my life."
