It might sound unlikely but we are happy together.
I don’t want to be in a relationship with anyone else but I do have these urges which make me feel very anxious if left unfulfilled.
I am 37 and my wife is 35.
We have been married for five years and are deeply in love, are best friends and enjoy a passionate sex life.
I came clean with her months before we tied the knot and told her I’d had more sexual encounters with men than women.

I became depressed a couple of years ago and it was actually my wife who suggested I satisfy my needs with men after I admitted I felt I had unfulfilled needs.
So now she lets me meet other men for sex because she knows how badly I need it.

And you run the risk of becoming frustrated because this is not a marriage you are meant to be in. You are trying to be somebody you are not, which is a miserable place to be.
