Primark speaks out after shoppers beg budget retailer to offer online shopping
Popular high street brand Primark has been forced to close its doors once again after England was plunged into a third lockdown.
The coronavirus restrictions means only essential retailers can remain opened, like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda and other supermarkets.
Fortunately, many clothes brands do offer online shopping so customers can still get their fashion fix.
And although Primark has its own website, shoppers are not able to purchase items for delivery.
Now in light of the news, the high street giant has issued an update as to whether it will offer online shopping, reports MEN.
Posting on Twitter, the store wrote: "If you could choose, what would your dream Primark collab for 2021?"
Shoppers were quick to comment with many making their own suggestions.
But it appears that customers all had a similar idea when Primark shared the tweet to its 255,200 followers.
One wrote: "How about online shopping like the rest of the world? Why do you still refuse to do this?
"Shops are closed so everyone goes online, you are losing out."

Primark was quick to respond with: "We will pass your suggestion on, but an online store is not in our plans."
Another added: "Primark X online shopping so my high risk, disabled 23-year-old can shop without leaving the house.
"She's been in once with her dad, she needed to and said it felt safe but I think we'd all like it if she could just order online."
The retailer replied to the person's tweet writing: "Hi, it is not in our plans unfortunately. Stay safe."
A third social media user said: "Please make your clothes available online."
And the popular retailer responded to the tweet, saying: "Hi, we don't offer online shopping, but we thank you for your suggestion."
When asked why Primark won't open up an online store, it replied: "Our amazing prizes would not be anymore."
Maybe we just have to wait until Primark reopens again to be able to relive those incredible prices!
