Avengers: Infinity War first reactions are calling the movie a "masterpiece"
Avengers: Infinity War has finally been screened in full for the first time, and according to the first reactions… it’s a “masterpiece”.
The star-studded world premiere took place last night (April 23) in Los Angeles with those lucky few in attendance flocking to social media afterwards to share their non-spoilery thoughts.
We still have to wait until later today (11pm UK time to be precise) for the full reviews to drop, but early reactions are predicting it’s going to be one hell of a ride.
Yes, the words “epic” and “jaw-dropping” are being thrown around, as reviewers compare it to a “Guardians sequel” and tease a “heart-stopping” final sequence.
Here are just some of their thoughts:
In the lead-up to the hugely-anticipated movie, the Russo Brothers have been utilising the help of Thanos to call for complete secrecy on spoilers.
“Everyone involved with the film has worked incredibly hard for the past two years maintaining the highest level of secrecy. Only a handful of people know the film’s true plot,” they wrote in a Twitter post.
“We’re asking that when you see Infinity War, in the coming months, that you maintain the same level of secrecy so that all fans can have an equal experience when they watch it for the first time. Don’t spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn’t want it to be spoiled for you.”
And you don’t want to anger Thanos.

That hasn’t stopped some potential spoilers from leaking out though from Marvel’s own marketing, with one recent TV spot teasing a MAJOR death that will have us sobbing.
Avengers: Infinity War will be released on April 26 in the UK and April 27 in the US. Book tickets now.
