Brutal Corrie scenes show Phelan pull the trigger on terrified Sarah Platt
Pat Phelan’s reign of terror will fire up again tonight as he holds Gary Windass and Sarah Platt captive.
The murderous builder, played by Connor McIntyre, managed to turn the tables on them after Gary’s ridiculous plan to bring him back to Weatherfield.
Tonight on Coronation Street , Phelan puts the fear of god into both of them after tying them up and brandishing his gun – and even pulls the trigger on Sarah…
He then makes his way over to No. 11, gun in hand.
Eileen is horrified when she opens the door, her estranged husband appearing to have come back from the dead. He forces his way into their home.
A gun shot rings out…
Speaking to Mirror TV ahead of tonight, actresses Sue Cleaver and Nicola Thorp teased what viewers could expect tonight – describing it as “gripping and bloody”.
Full of vitriol, Phelan lashes out at Eileen by saying that he never loved her and that he felt sick every time she touched him.
“By then she’s just in shock, of course he’s going to say that,” soap star Sue, who plays Eileen, said. “I think there’s no doubt that he loved her. But then as soon as she went against him that was the end of it, so yeah.”
She added: “Her focus is on Zach and Nicola at that moment.”
