The paternity scandal isn't the only heartache in the Bailey family, as Grace Vickers' (Kate Spencer) newborn baby is placed on a ventilator.

Elsewhere, Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu) tells Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) she has fallen for him, leaving him conflicted just as Fiz Brown (Jenny McAlpine) decides they should get married.

And, Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) gets entwined in a terrifying drugs empire in Weatherfield, lying to her loved ones to save her son's skin.

Below are the juiciest Coronation Street spoilers of the week, don't miss an episode.

Leanne puts her life in danger

Leanne returns to work with Imran Habeeb (Charlie de Melo), hoping to get an advance to pay off Harvey, but when her plan fails, she is left with few options.

Telling a relieved Simon Barlow (Alex Bain) she has taken care of everything, Leanne secretly starts dealing drugs for Harvey, taking a sack of pills to a mystery address.

Leanne takes another job from Harvey, fearing he will leave her and Simon in the hospital if she refuses to follow his command.

Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) gets suspicious, convinced something Leanne and Simon are caught up in something after picking up on her edgy behaviour.

When Sam's mum returns, he tries to move back in with Leanne, but when she turns him down, Natasha (Rachel Leskovac) invites him to live with them.

With Nick slipping away, can Leanne escape Harvey's clutches unscathed?

Tyrone faces a love triangle

Tyrone offers to fix Alina's beat-up old car, but when she reveals she knows a lot about mechanics thanks to her grandad in Romania, he's smitten with her.

Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) prepares himself to tell Alina he's still in love with her, but she lets him down gently, revealing she has fallen for someone else.

When Tyrone finds Alina crying in Victoria gardens, she admits she has feelings for him, leaving Tyrone with a decision to make.

At home, Fiz suggests they get married to make their relationship legally official, but Tyrone shuts it down, claiming it needs to be more romantic.

He later meets up with Alina, promising to put the past behind them.

Meanwhile, Fiz tells Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) she is planning to propose to Tyrone, plotting a lovestruck Greece wedding.

As Fiz gets wedding planning, is Tyrone falling hard for someone else?

Imran gets an unexpected proposal

Simon visits Kelly Neelan (Millie Gibson) in hospital and lets her know he understands if she decides to tell the police he sold her the drugs.

Imran appears to represent Kelly, and asks her to tell him where she got the drugs – will she give Simon up?

Meanwhile, Asha Alahan (Tanisha Gorey) tells a shocked Dev (Jimmi Harkishin) it was her idea to get the drugs, confessing she wanted to lose herself for a few hours.

After getting released without charge, Kelly tells Imran she doesn't want to return to her foster family, refusing to go.

He admits he has tracked down his family to make a major confession, convinced he is Michael's biological father.

Ed is stricken and orders Ronnie to leave their family alone, as Aggie tries her best to prove her commitment to her husband.

Which of the Bailey brothers is Michael's true father?

Grace baby heartbreak

Grace heads to the supermarket to pick up supplies for their gender reveal party, but on her way out of the shop, a security guard wrongly accuses her of stealing.

Trying to prove her innocence in the store's back office, she suddenly feels overwhelmed by pain and realises she is going into early labour.

Rushed to the hospital, she gives birth to a baby girl, as the Bailey family rally by her side.

Sadly, doctors are concerned about the newborn and place the tot on a ventilator, realising the baby needs urgent medical attention.

Will the baby make a recovery, or could there be heartache ahead for Grace and Michael?

Keyboard warriors
