EastEnders bosses have hinted that Gray Atkins' horrid ways could be exposed in a fiery upcoming plot.

EastEnders spoilers have revealed Mitch is determined to find out the truth as he's convinced something's wrong.

After the BBC soap's dramatic 35th Anniversary Thames disaster, things are going from bad to worse, with Gray in a frenzy trying to deal with Whitney's murder case.

Viewers have watched Gray mentally and physically abuse his wife Chantelle for weeks now, with the disturbing storyline leaving fans disgusted.

He was determined to change his angry ways, but the case has left him more enraged than ever.

He explodes and reveals he can't stand to continue with Whitney's case, dropping it.

Gray can't bear to tell Whitney what's happened and warns Chantelle not to tell her parents.
