Holly Willoughby makes rare appearance in gym gear as she wears mesh top and leggings before This Morning
The 37-year-old, who is in incredible shape, is usually only ever seen dressed up to the nines, but made an exception today.
Showing she’s got style even when she's working out, the star looked very cool in her all black outfit.
She wore a pair of black leggings with a chic mesh top and a black leather jacket slung over her shoulders.
Her blonde hair was styled loose and she covered her eyes with a pair of classic shades.
Over the last year Holly has become trimmer than ever before and has wowed fans with her impressive figure.
It was previously reported that it was down to a new diet and exercise regime.
She is said to be eating plenty of chicken, carrots and hummus and satisfying her sweet tooth by snacking on mango.
A source said: "Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.
"You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either…"
She is also working out more and has taken up ballet and kickboxing to keep herself trim.
The insider added: "She loves doing them. She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.”
Holly previously said that her weight loss came about as she has got more time to focus on herself now that kids Harry, seven, Belle, five, and Chester, two, are older.
Appearing on ITV's Lorraine, Holly explained: “I think you sort of get [used to the routine], the children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more for myself.
“And I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters.”
Holly meanwhile has always vowed never to discuss her diet or exercise regime in public because she doesn’t want to promote a focus on body image.
She once told Prima: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.
“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
