Hollyoaks fans react to the aftermath of Sienna's death – and it's proving difficult to deal with

After the shocking death of Sienna last night, tonight’s (May 16) E4 first-look Hollyoaks saw the residents coming to terms with the tragedy.

Fans were also having a hard time accepting Sienna is gone, especially when she didn’t appear in the show’s opening credits.

Things got even more emotional when Myra was seen delivering a speech about Sienna to baby Sebastian while Ed Sheeran’s ‘Supermarket Flowers’ played in the background.

Sienna’s time in the village may have been turbulent, but viewers weren’t happy when Nancy took a swipe at her.

When Maxine and Simone discussed setting up a fundraising page in Sienna’s memory, Nancy suggested the title “ding dong the witch is dead dot com” – which didn’t exactly go down well with viewers.

Cleo dropped a bombshell to Joel when she confessed that she had answered his phone the night before when Sienna rang.

And even worse, Sienna had told her Nico had come back – but Cleo ignored her.

But however bad Cleo’s confession, viewers agreed that Joel went too far when he brought up Cleo’s bulimia and then even blamed her for Sienna’s death.

It looks as if even though Sienna is gone, her ghost is going to be looming over the residents of Hollyoaks for a while yet.
