Hollyoaks star Kieron Richardson reveals plans for a third baby
Hollyoaks‘ Kieron Richardson has revealed that he’s up for having a third baby with his husband Carl Hyland.
Speaking to Mirror Online at the British Soap Awards, Kieron – who already has twins Phoebe and Chase – said that fatherhood is “amazing”.
He went on to say that “it’s so hard” but that he was looking forward to “having a night off tonight and them being with nanna and grandad so [he] can have a lie-in and sleep”.
“They’re 1 now and we’re going again for baby three very soon, because it is hard, so we’d like to get it out the way, and our surrogate wants to get her life back,” he continued.
Kieron added: “[The twins] chop and change all the time, she used to be like the classic cute one and he’d be independent and do what he wants, but now it’s reversed. She’s like the diva of the family and he’s the one being all cuddly and lovey-dovey, so they change every week.
“In gender terms, we’re done now because we have got one of each, so whatever baby, fingers crossed, we do get next we’ll be happy with either sex.”
Speaking to Digital Spy at the British Soap Awards, Kieron also said he’s very excited to have Stephanie Davis back on the soap.
“I think Ste’s going to be buzzing, excited,” he said. “We can’t forget that baby Hannah was born just as Sinead left, so I’m guessing that Sinead will be coming back with Hannah hopefully.”
Hollyoaks scooped four gongs at the British Soap Awards, including Best Male Dramatic Performance for Ross Adams (Scott Drinkwell) and Best Storyline for Lily’s self-harm plot.
