Katie Price is 'paranoid that Kieran Hayler is cheating again and is accusing friends of sleeping with him behind her back'
The former glamour model, 39, is said to have accused her friends of sleeping with Kieran, 31, behind her back, according to Closer magazine.
Sources say that after Katie's former nanny, Nikki Brown, submitted documents to a tribunal admitting she has slept with Kieran on "three or four" occasions, the star has been forced to relive memories of her husband's affairs four years ago.
A source told Closer magazine: "Finding the truth from Nikki was like discovering the affair all over again.
"All the painful memories of Kieran's cheating with Jane and Chrissy came back, too; the paranoia, the anger, the heartbreak – she feels like she's in a recurring nightmare."
Kieran famously cheated on Katie with her two then-best friends, Jane Poutney and Chrissy Thomas, back in 2014.
When his cheating was exposed, the former stripper revealed he was a "sex addict" and checked into a £2,500-a-month rehab facility for treatment.
Sources say Kieran prefers to sleep with women who are "close to home" – as he likes the risk factor, and it's left Katie worrying about what he'll do next.
The insider added: "She's constantly making up conspiracy theories, and if she even sees a friend's hand brush against Kieran, or a cosy-looking 'hello' kiss on the cheek, she'll start jumping to conclusions and convince herself he's having another affair.
"She outright accused one of her closest friends of sleeping with Kieran recently, after she found them laughing and joking together.
"She quickly apologised, and broke down crying, but she's not sure who to trust any more and is living on her nerves, which has worsened since Nikki's admission. It's driving her insane."
While Katie and Kieran are still living together, Pricey completely snubbed their fifth wedding anniversary last month – instead opting to take eldest son Harvey to the aquarium in Brighton.
Closer's source also claimed that Katie has removed her wedding ring again to show Kieran "their relationship isn't safe".
