Katie Price's boyfriend Kris Boyson begged top surgeon to talk her out of getting MORE cosmetic surgery

Dr Tijion Esho said the 40-year-old star's toyboy enlisted his services to encourage her to go for a more natural look.

Dr Esho told the Mirror Online: "Katie’s partner booked her to come and see me with my team because he wanted someone to desperately convince to stop having surgery."

And it seems Kris' attempt might have been successful as the surgeon has suggested the mum-of-five lay off fillers and a number of other quick fix treatments.

He explained: "I think Katie has got into a cycle where she is getting more and more injectables and surgery and I think this is doing more harm than good.

"I advised her to stop for now and try focus on her inner health. At the same time we can focus on treating her skin with non invasive measures to treat the damage from sun beds and prior surgery."

Katie vowed to stop going under the knife after a botched face lift in 2017.

The skin around her eyes was pulled painfully tight during the procedure and meant the former glamour model was forced to undergo corrective surgery while awake last March.

The star was pictured with bloody tubes hooked to her face as she was wheeled out of a Brussels hospital.

But Katie had seemingly had a change of heart by Christmas when she revealed hopes of having more surgery.

Away from the surgeon's table, Katie has admitted plans to adopt a child from Nigeria.

The Loose Women panellist announced her hopes of adopting on This Morning earlier this week after meeting an orphanage worker while getting her nails done.

She explained: "I've always said I wanted to adopt a child and don't care if they've got a disability or what age they are. I feel like I can offer a place."
