Kim Kardashian makes five million dollars in five minutes as new perfume almost breaks the internet

The reality TV star, 37, released her Kimoji Cherry, Kimoji peach and Kimoji Vibes on Tueday – and sales went through the roof.

According to TMZ, her company shifted five million dollars worth of products in just five minutes – making her a million bucks every 60 seconds.

It was so in demand that Kim's website crashed and she was forced to apologise to fans.

The message read: "Our sites are back up now. If you are still having trouble, wait a few minutes to refresh.

"Thank you for your patience."

The Keeping up with the Kardashians star is selling each bottle for around £34.

Perhaps the sensational sales were helped by the saucy promotional shots Kim released just days ago.

The mum-of-three shared a video showing her sprawled out on a sunlounger in a white bikini to promote her fruity new perfume line.

Kim looked racier than ever as she soaked up the sun in the Instagram pics.

The new Kimoji products are packaged in cherry and peach-shaped bottles and Kim held one up as she relaxed in the two-piece.

In the shot, Kim is seen reclining in a white bikini as she enjoys a sunset.

It's not the first time Kim has had a taste of the sweet smell of success.

Kim's first fragrance, which was released last year, becoming a huge hit too and sold out almost instantly.

She appears to be trying to rival her younger half-sister Kylie Jenner in the beauty business stakes.

Forbes magazine recently revealed Kylie's on track to be the youngest ever self-made billionaire as sales of her cosmetics line rocket.
