Kim Kardashian's fans want her to be the next Bachelorette after she 'kills it' in SNL dating show sketch with John Cena
KIM Kardashian's fans begged for her to be the next Bachelorette after she "killed it" in her SNL dating show sketch alongside a host of celebrity co-stars.
The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star made her debut on the comedy show this past Saturday as she helped "boost" ratings with her appearance.
Kim, 40, has been slated by fans to be the next Bachelorette after she took on a similar role during her SNL skit over the weekend.
The reality star dressed the part of a dating show lead as she chose between a slew of fake potential suitors, including WWE legend John Cena.
The TV personality handed out tokens that simulated The Bachelor's famous rose ceremony, while dressed in a stunning yellow dress covered in sequins.
After sifting through her fake "finalists", Kim was left with the wrestler and a much smaller "Zeke" played by SNL cast member Kyle Mooney.
Despite making jokes about how he's already married, the E! star chose John over the comedian.
Kim's fans were incredibly impressed by the skit and expressed their hopes that she could be cast in the famed dating show's next season.
Fan account @notskinnybutnotfat shared a screenshot from the scene, captioned: "Wait if the KIMYE reunion ain’t happening can she be the bachelorette bc it actually looked so good on her 🤣."
One user commented: "Only if Kris Jenner hosts 🌹", as they joked about the Kardashian family momager.
"That would actually get me to watch that show," another remarked, while a third agreed: "I WOULD WATCH."
A fourth fan gushed: "She did great on snl 😍yes Kim the next bachelorette," while a final simply hashtagged: "#KIMFORBACHELORETTE."
KISSING KANYE GOODBYE?
Kim's Saturday Night Live debut received rave reviews from fans, though also raised questions regarding her relationship with her ex-husband Kanye West, 44.
In one particular skit, the mother of four portrayed Disney's Princess Jasmine, alongside comedian Pete Davidson who played Aladdin.
Towards the end of the scene, the 27-year-old star planted a kiss on his famous counterpart, leading fans to show concern towards her relationship with Kanye.
Kim filed for divorce from the rapper in February after seven years married and the pair share four kids: North, eight, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and Psalm, two.
Despite splitting ways, the duo has remained close while co-parenting their kids and supporting each other in their career endeavors.
ROASTING A RAPPER
After the news broke that the KKW Beauty founder would be hosting SNL, a source revealed to The Sun that she had reportedly planned to "roast" her ex-husband on the show.
During her opening monologue, Kim said she "married the best rapper of all time,” but she "divorced him" because "it came down to just one thing: his personality.”
With the kiss and the diss, Yeezy fans jumped onto Twitter to share memes of Kanye losing Kim's affections.
One person posted an image of Kanye rubbing his forehead in defeat while another shared an image of himself crying, with tears dripping down his face.
POTENTIAL WITH PETE?
Despite their age gap, some fans were hopeful that Kim and Pete's kiss could mean a new relationship in their future.
Many raced to Twitter to share their hopes that the unlikely pair will date.
"Y’all think Kim Kardashian is gonna start dating Pete Davidson after SNL? I do!" one guessed.
Another person added: "I think Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson should go on one date."
A third person posted: "I saw Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson kiss with my own two eyes."
