Love Island hunk Eyal Booker reveals hidden pop star past
He’s destined to be a smash-hit when he enters the Love Island villa, next week.
Which is rather appropriate for model Eyal Booker who’s revealed he was once a budding pop star.
The 22-year-old, from Bushey in Hertfordshire, was part of band EverYoung.
Alongside band-mates Hollie McKinlay, Jack Morlen and Cherelle Williams, they toured the UK and built-up a small army of fans, who fawned over the four-piece.
When asked by TV bosses if he had a claim to fame, the curly-haired hunk replied: "We had small-time success and toured the country, built up a little fan base and there was fan girl hysteria.
"They’d follow us around and come to our gigs and stuff so that was a little taste."

According to their Wikipedia page, the little-known group ‘performed gigs in 175 schools while building a following of 7,000 on Twitter and 28,000 on Facebook.’
Unfortunately, despite putting in the necessary leg-work, their three singles – Starchaser, Stuck In This Mess and Icy Blue – failed to dent the charts.
Although actor Jeremy Irons did make a cameo appearance in the former.
Speaking about his chart ambitions, Eyal was previously quoted as saying: "You watch acts like One Direction who went on X Factor and shot to stardom.
"But we have learned the ropes. It’s a step by step process."
Although there are no plans for EverYoung to release new material, that could all change with Eyal’s high-profile presence on the ITV2 show.
But this’ll depends on whether he finds his very own Number 1.
"I’m looking for love!" he declared. "I have had quite a few relationships in my time, none have ever lasted that long and now I’m at a point where I’d actually like to find one that can last."
