Love Islands Paige Thorne saved mans life and stayed by his side for 7 hours
Love Island star Paige Thorne has been branded "amazing" by a man who says he owes his life to her.
Andy Humphries, from Swansea, has revealed that he "would not here" if it wasn't for the paramedic.
He collapsed in his local doctor's surgery before the first lockdown after feeling unwell.
Paige, 24, was one of the paramedics called to the scene to help assist Mr Humphries.
He had to be resuscitated and the ITV2 dating show contestant waited seven hours in an ambulance with him to make sure he was ok and stayed while he had scans in hospital.
Speaking to Wales Online, Mr Humphries, 58, explained: "I owe my life to her, and she was so good to me.

"She is only tiny, but she has a big personality and she will be fantastic on the show, but I do feel very protective about her and don't want anyone being horrible to her.
"It was only when her shift ended and she had made sure that everyone was fully briefed about my condition, that she left my side."
Paige made her Love Island debut on Monday night (June 6) and got people talking after she shared her favourite sex position.

Sitting in the garden and soaking up the sunshine, things heated up further when his partner Luca Bish quizzed her on her sex position.
Getting straight to the nitty gritty, Paige revealed that her favourite position was the "broken eagle" – an admission that left viewers at home reeling.
Explaining what the "confusing" position was all about, Paige gave a detailed description to her new potential beau.
She detailed how the girl would lay on her stomach with one leg bent up "like how girl's sleep" before explaining that the guy would then be on top of her from behind.
Fans of the show at home were incredibly confused by the racy admission, with many confused by the position Paige detailed.
"This sex talk?? The broken eagle?? I'm sorry??? Straight people have sex like this??? I'm so glad to be gay," penned one Love Island viewer.
