RICHARD Madeley revealed his striking blond hair as he made his return to television today with his wife Judy Finnigan.
The famous married couple launched their new Channel 4 show Keep Reading and Carry On today with celebrity guests including Judge Robert Rinder, Sandi Toksvig and Vick Hope.
It's been filmed over online video conferencing app Zoom, with Richard admitting: "We're zoom virgins."
Introducing Richard and Judy in their living room, the camera zoomed out to show two crew wearing masks and gloves operating the cameras from two metres away.
"This is our sitting room, welcome," said Richard.
"We've got all the safety protocols in place. It smells like a disinfectant factory, in fact Donald trump would love it.
"It's cleaner today than the 25 years we've lived here."
Judy went on to explain they wanted to choose books that took readers far away from "anxiety and upset".
As they introduced their first guests, Richard added: "I'm going to be completely honest with you, this is a confession for you, we are Zoom virgins, so be gentle with us."
Their television return for a new five-part series for Channel 4 thrilled fans as the TV presenters discussed the best books they're reading in lockdown.
