THIS Morning’s Alison Hammond is unrecognisable in an unearthed Stars in Their Eyes performance from 18 years ago.

The 46-year-old rose to fame on Big Brother 3 in 2002, and has been part of This Morning since 2003.

During her TV career, Alison has taken part in other shows including Strictly Come Dancing, I'm A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! and Celebrity Masterchef.

However, some fans may have forgotten that Alison also featured on a celebrity episode of Stars in their Eyes back in 2004.

Alison wore a bright pink skirt and black top for the occasion, chatting to host Cat Deeley before heading through the doors.

Alison shared the clip on her Instagram and wrote: "Throw back to Stars in their eyes . Can you remember who I was ? love this."

The video then showed her returning through the smoke as iconic singer Nina Simone.

Alison wore an orange satin wrap gown with metallic coloured turban on her head as she sang the classic hit, My Baby Just Cares For Me.
