Who play Carla's tormentors Chelsey and Jordan in Coronation Street?

Carla Connor (Alison King) has been having a troubled time in Coronation Street of late as she’s been hiding a secret since she returned to the cobbles – which is coming back to haunt her.

The character went missing last year as she suffered a breakdown, which is linked to the appearance of Weatherfield newcomer Chelsey – who confronted her in the loos at the Rovers Return in Monday night’s episode.

Tonight things are set to step up a notch as Chelsey returns with another stranger, Jordan – who seemingly knows more about what happened while Carla was sleeping rough during her disappearance.

It’s clear the pair have a connection to Carla from last year’s events – but just who are the actors who play them?

Here’s what you need to know…

Who plays Chelsey in Coronation Street?

Chelsey is being played in Coronation Street by actress Isobella Hubbard.

The Scottish-born actress has several credits to her name including roles in No Offence, Outlander, Redistributors and Making It.

She’s also worked behind the camera, directing the short film Dinner Date.

The character revealed on Monday night’s show that she wanted Carla to pay her a grand to make up for the drugs she disposed of prior to exiting the squat, but Carla refused to listen to what she had to say.

That’ll be stepped up a notch on Wednesday night when despite being warned by Peter Barlow (Chris Gascoyne) to stay away, Chelsey returns – with Jordan in tow.

Who plays Jordan in Coronation Street?

Jordan is played in the soap by actor James Boyland.

The character will reveal on the show that he ran the squat Carla found herself in when she went missing – and demands she pays up for the drugs she destroyed in that time.

James, meanwhile, has had a brush with Weatherfield before, having previously appeared in Coronation Street back in 2010 as a character named Don, as well as playing a burglar in two episodes in 2016.

On the soap front he’s also appeared in Emmerdale and Doctors, while you might also have seen him in the likes of Peaky Blinders, Brief Encounters, Casualty, Waterloo Road and Strangeways Here We Come.
