Bloodthirsty wolf pack filmed devouring stray dog before attacking residents

Horrified residents were forced to take refuge in a car after a pack of wolves came wandering their Russian town and attacking a stray dog on the street.

Video taken by the motorist hiding in his car shows at least three wolves lingering around the body of the pooch while one of them sinks its fangs into the poor canine.

Traces of blood are clearly visible around the dog's leg.

The pack of fearless wolves have been looking for food in the city of Kaluga, south-west Russia.

The man who filmed the incident said that he was too scared to get out of his vehicle and that one wolf tried to jump inside the car when he opened a window.
