Chaos at Texas school shooting briefing after Beto O'Rourke is escorted out for heckling Gov Greg Abbott on gun control
BETO O'Rourke heckled Texas Governor Greg Abbott while he was holding a press conference following the elementary school shooting.
The Former United States Representative yelled at the governor as he finished speaking at the conference.
He began to heckle the governor after Abbott began blaming mental health for yesterday's attack.
"What are we doing?" O'Rourke yelled as he approached the stage.
As uproar ensued, those on the stage began to heckle back at O'Rourke.
One person branded the former Senator an "embarrassment," while another said: "he needs to get his a** out of here."

"Sir, you are out of line. Please leave this auditorium."
Someone from the stage was then heard yelling, "I can't believe you, you sick son of a b***h, you would come to an event like this to make it a political issue. A**holes like you, get out of here."
Shortly after, O'Rourke was marched out of the press conference.
After O’Rourke was escorted out of the auditorium, he proceeded to speak to the news media, criticizing Abbott for not supporting red flag laws, gun storage laws and an outright ban on AR-15s and AK-47s.

“This 18-year-old, who just turned 18, bought an AR-15 and took it into an elementary school and shot kids in the face and killed them,” O’Rourke told new members.
“Why are we letting this happen in this country? Why is this happening in this state? Year after year, city after city.”
Just last night, O'Rourke was challenging Abbott on Twitter following the horrific school attack.
"Governor Abbott, if you have any decency, you will immediately withdraw from this weekend’s NRA convention and urge them to hold it anywhere but Texas," he wrote.
On Tuesday afternoon, Salvador Ramos, 18, went to Robb Elementary School and conducted a violent shooting that left 19 kids and two teachers dead.
Governor Greg Abbott revealed in the press conference where he was heckled that the gunman posted on Facebook just 30 minutes before the shootings.
Ramos posted, "I'm going to shoot my grandmother."
In a follow-up post, he wrote: "I shot my grandmother," according to Abbott.

Then his final post, less than 15 minutes before entering the school, he said "I'm going to shoot an elementary school."
The gunman then went through a sliding door that connected the empty room to another classroom, where the carnage unfolded.
