Man, 26, charged with manslaughter after girl, 3, died in hospital from serious injuries
A MAN has been charged with the manslaughter of a three-year-old girl more than nine months after she died.
Paul Marsh, 26, was arrested at the time of the tragedy in December 21, 2019.
Officers raced to the property in Sandgate, Kent following reports a toddler had sustained serious injuries.
She was taken to a London hospital where she later died.
Marsh was later following an investigation led by detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates' Court today and was remanded in custody.
He is next due to appear at Canterbury Crown Court on November 9.
