A new video shows a gunman open fire into a Bronx apartment building, where he allegedly shot a man whose car he almost hit last month, police said.
The surveillance clip released by the NYPD Tuesday shows the unknown triggerman fire a handgun once into the building near E. 167 and Tiffany Street in Longwood early in the morning on Dec. 21, according to cops.
The 46-year-old victim had gone down to the street after seeing the three men, who were believed to be in their mid-20s, trying to get their car out of a snowy parking spot, almost hitting the 46-year-old’s car in the process, according to the NYPD.
The three men argued with the car owner and followed him into the building, where the shooting happened just after 1:10 a.m., cops said.
The man was hitin his left foot, police said. He was treated at Saint Barnabus Hospital and released.
