Dove Cameron Dyes Her Hair Red For Her Birthday

Dove Cameron is welcoming her 27th birthday with a new hair color. On Jan. 16, the actor posted a sneak peek of her new look on her Instagram Stories with a blurry picture that will have you running to the hair salon.

The new bright red color is a stark difference from the deep chocolate-brown shade that Cameron was previously sporting. In the picture, the singer’s hair is styled in tousled curls and stops just short of her hip. She paired the new look with a pouty lip and a sultry cut-out black top. In a corresponding main-feed post, she also has matching red nails to really bring the look home.

Red hair has been a popular color choice this year, and if Cameron is any indication, it doesn’t look like the trend is going anywhere. Kendall Jenner made waves after dyeing her hair a copper red during Milan Fashion Week and other stars like Emma D’Arcy and Lucy Boynton have also debuted the color.
