Amber Turner ‘pulls out of TOWIE filming’ after split from ex Dan Edgar

Amber Turner has reportedly pulled out of a TOWIE cast trip following her split from ex Dan Edgar.

The Only Way Is Essex star, 29, announced that she and Dan, 33, hadcalled time on their six year romance in May 2023, confirming rumours of their separation on Instagram.

The star, who iscurrently enjoying her best life in Dubai, is reportedly not planning to join an upcoming cast trip to Cyprus if her ex is there, with one source claiming it’s “too soon” for the star.

A source said: “Amber made it clear she wasn't going to go on the overseas trip if Dan was there. She feels it's too soon after their break-up to have to go on a plane with him and the rest of the cast to film on location.”

The source added toThe Sun: “It's one thing filming back home in Essex where she can avoid him, but on these trips, there is no escape.”

OK! has contacted reps for ITV and Amber for comment.

Since their split, both Dan and Amber have been enjoying time away – with Dan even being spotted with a mystery blonde at the airport last month.

However, Amber has been enjoying her own getaway and has been sharing plenty of photos of her time in Dubai with her fans.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Amber shared an image of the famous Dubai skyline to tell her followers that she has had a social media detox – and feels better for it.

She said: "Sometimes a lil social media detox is needed & it's been fab."

In the next story, the reality star shared a mirror selfie of her with her cousin Jess Mant in the gym as they beamed following their workout. Amber told her followers: "My cousin @jessymantv has been getting me up at the crack of dawn for 5K runs in 34 degrees & @1rebel_uae classes."

The star previously admitted that she hadn't planned to publicly talk about her break up, but furious fan speculation left her feeling like she had to address it

In a statement posted on her Instagram story, Amber wrote: "I wasn't going to post anything but due to speculation and questions I feel I need to.

"Yes me and Dan have split. I honestly wish him the best for the future. Please respect our privacy at this time. Thank you."
