Bella Hadid Debuts an Eyebrow Piercing and Makes Leggings Look High-Fashion

Sisters supporting sisters — we love to see it! Our favorite supermodel Bella Hadid stepped out for dinner in New York City at L’Avenue at Saks to support the launch of her sibling Gigi Hadid’s highly-anticipated clothing brand, Guest in Residence. And while the night was obvs about Gigi (and her rumored relationship with Leonardo DiCaprio), Bella’s spectacular ‘fit and brand new piercing didn’t go unnoticed.

Despite the countless fashionable guests in attendance (Tan France and Antoni Porowski of Queer Eye, Zendaya’s stylist Law Roach, Emily Ratajkowski, and Taylor Swift) Bella stood out in the crowd. It’s no surprise that her outfit choice reined supreme. After all, she has pioneered practically every trend we’ve seen this summer, from leg warmers, denim-on-denim, and preppy schoolgirl to barely-there thongkinis and handkerchief dresses. And let’s not forget that she’s played a major role in shaping the beauty-sphere too, convincing us to try rhinestone butterfly hip tattoos, laminated eyebrows, and stretch headbands. Once the girlies see this ~innovative~ way to dress up plain ol’ black leggings, they’ll never go back.

Walking hand-and-hand with BF Marc Kalman, Bella was papped wearing one of the quirkiest outfits she’s put on to date. For the bottoms, Bella chose a pair of cropped black leggings, which she accessorized with two chunky leather belts. Keeping with the black and white color palette, the Kin Euphorics founder layered a basic white crop top underneath a single-clasp cardigan (perhaps a piece from her sister’s new line!).

She piled on just about every silver accessory in her wardrobe, from chunky gemstone rings and a hand-shaped pendant necklace to rectangular sunnies, a beaded shoulder bag, and hoop earrings. For her footwear, Bella wore pointed Balenciaga Void Pumps in black with athletic crew socks, nodding to the sporty style she wore at the US Open last week. But her layers of shoes and jewels were eclipsed by the debut of Bella’s barbell-shaped eyebrow piercing, which is positioned over her left eye. Hadid blew a kiss to the cameras as she showed off her new body mod, long braids, and makeup, which included a light wash of burnt orange eyeshadow, sunburnt blush, and rosy pink lips.
