Big Win! Kim Zolciak-Biermann's Foreclosure Auction On Georgia Mansion Canceled!
Guess this really was a misunderstanding…
After days of reports that Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermann’s Georgia mansion was in foreclosure and set to be auctioned off on March 7, the legal drama has come to a close!
According to the law office of Brock & Scott, PLLC via ET on Friday, the auction of Kim and her husband Kroy Biermann‘s 6-bedroom, 9-bathroom home was canceled on Wednesday. At this time, the office declined to provide a reason for the cancellation, but they did declare no new date has been set for the sale of the home. Wow!
So, does this mean they paid back their debt?! Or how else did they pull off this miracle?
As we’ve been following, the Don’t Be Tardy stars were at risk of losing their property after Fulton County posted a notice of foreclosure earlier this month. Per the notice, Truist Bank was planning to sell the residence outside of the Fulton County Courthouse when the couple defaulted on the $1.65 million loan they took out to buy the place in October 2012. Since the shocking news, Kim and her kids have been adamant everything would be fine, and we guess they were right! They keep getting saved at the last minute!! Reactions? What do you think happened?? Let us know (below)!
