Blac Chyna sends cease-and-desist letter to TikToker Ava Louise after influencer made ‘false’ and ‘outrageous’ kidnapping and sex trafficking claims
Blac Chyna has sent a cease-and-desist letter to a TikToker who claims the reality star attempted to kidnap and sex traffic her.
Influencer Ava Louise alleged Chyna ‘held me hostage and I’m pretty sure she was trying to sex traffic me’ in addition to ‘I was getting trafficked.’
Now Chyna’s legal team have denied Louise’s allegations in a scathing cease-and-desist letter which calls her accusations ‘false, extreme, and outrageous statements about her in public’ according Page Six.

‘Your false allegations that Ms. White engaged in such heinous criminal conduct is defamatory per se under California law,’ reads the letter sent by Chyna’s attorney JD Sanchez, according to Page Six, which obtained the document.
Louise is also accused of engaging in ‘a pattern of menacing and outrageous conduct’ to bolster her platform on TikTok.
‘In fact, you admit in one of your TikTok videos that you intentionally made up and disseminated a false rumor about a sexual relationship between Kanye West and Jeffree Star and that “joke kinda gave me such a big platform that I’m able to meet people like Blac Chyna now, because of my following, and who I know now,”‘ the letter continues.
The videos concerning Chyna no longer appear on Louise’s account, suggesting she likely received the letter, per Page Six.

This is not Louise’s first legal brush with the Kardashians.
Last year, Kris Jenner threatened to sue Ava after the TikTok star claimed Jenner’s company sent her a cease-and-desist letter, according to TMZ.
Ava alleged the letter threatened legal action should she continue making allegations about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West.

Kris’ team claims to have never sent such a letter to Ava and insisted her story was all a fabrication.
In terms of the rumor referenced in the latest cease-and-desist, however, Jeffree Star, one of the subjects of the allegations, admitted to finding it ‘hilarious’.
Louise previously insinuated of a romance between Kanye West and Star amid a time both happened to be in Wyoming. The rumor sprouted around the time Kim and Kanye were on the verge of splitting.
Louise said she didn’t have ‘concrete evidence’ to confirm the affair, attributing the information to an entertainment attorney she chat with.
But Star, who has denied the rumor, told E! News last summer: ‘I think the rumors are funny, they’re hilarious. I had no idea that a girl that was on TikTok made it up until recently, so that was a shocker.’
