Dad-of-12 Nick Cannon blasted for controversial Taylor Swift baby comment

Nick Cannon fails to rule out the possibility of future children

Nick Cannon has not held back on his thoughts about Taylor Swift as he’s admitted he would be keen to have a 13th child with the Shake It Off hitmaker.

The controversial comments were met with backlash as fans of the singer took to social media to express their disapproval.

The Masked Singer host was quizzed by Howard Stern on SiriusXM’s The Howard Stern Show whether he would have a child with Taylor Swift.

“Absolutely! I’m in; let’s go!” the Wild ‘N Out creator asserted in the interview, conducted back in April. “I’m all in.”

The TV host also revealed the reasoning behind his emphatic answer, explaining the music megastar would relate to his dating life.

“I think she would relate to me very well based off of like, ‘Yo, you’ve dated a lot of people in the public eye, so have I.’ We would probably really understand each other,” he said.

However, some fans did not appreciate his comments as they took to Twitter to call for him to “leave Taylor Swift alone”.

“Nick Cannon needs to leave Taylor Swift alone, she don’t want your babies!,” Elizabethk1985 said.

Brit_is_bookish claimed: “Nick Cannon needs to quit it with the baby talk and leave Taylor Swift alone. Can’t even be an adequate father to the ones he already has.”

Michaelmrtacoc1 added: “No I didn’t want to hear Nick cannon to say to have a 13th child with Taylor Swift ever again.

“He needs to leave that woman alone she will diss him but in her own way too leave her alone.”

Cannon has already fathered an amazing 12 children from six women and the TV presenter has previously joked he believes he has “super sperm”.

Speaking on the Howie Mandel Does Stuff podcast, Nick said: “‘I’m gonna be honest, I got some super sperm or something, ’cause I’ve practised birth control, and people still got pregnant.

“I’m trying to be as responsible as I possibly can, learning lessons…”
